Less Than A Second is a band of brothers, five to be exact, who have come together to bring you passionate, heartfelt music that is uplifting. Being practicing Christians their music brings a more positive aspect to the scene. Their sound is a whirlwind mixture of melodic guitar harmonies, aggressive drum beats, and thought-provoking lyrics. The central Florida band draws its influences from bands like Emery, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Thursday, Johnny Cash, Rush and Yes. The band began initially with drummer Brandon Crowley. After a couple of lineup changes Brandon met up with bassist Billy Zimmer who in turn invited guitarist/vocalist Pat Hearn to join. The trio began auditioning and picked up lead vocalist Josiah Callihan and guitarist/vocalist Andrew Garner. Ever since, the quintet has set about writing songs that will inspire you, beat you over the head, rip your heart out, then feed it to you. As cliche' as it sounds Less Than A Second will be a musical force to be reckoned with. So be sure to keep your eyes peeled and your ears open for these Florida boys in the near future.
