The Lever Pulled's 7th Cd "Wooden People" was made available on February 22, 2009. This 14-track disc consists of songs with a more electronic element than The Lever Pulled's previous work. It is also the first time the band has had a guest musician on a recording. Trevor Smith (from the band "Mojo Pin") plays djembe and congas on the track "I Don't Trust What makes You Smile." Much like the previous Cd, this album was mostly recorded with each band member recording in their respective cities and trading tracks via the net.
