This weekend, I’m headed to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to watch 59 teammates compete in the 2009 Ford Ironman CDA.

Many of these people began training for this event back in January (or even late last year). They’ve propelled their bodies into the thousands of miles, spent countless hours, and sacrificed so much in preparation for this event.

I’ve been challenged and inspired by each of them, and I’m very excited to be able to cheer for and support them on race day.
