Formed in May of 2008, LION CHOIR is that still small voice that every person yearns for musically. In a genre and era of music with no depth or compassion LION CHOIR is an attempt to break out from the black hole music is slowly drifting into and inspire new musical creations in order to save what's left of our battered music scene.
A catalyst so to say.
Former members of Shed Loose The Armor, Dear Seraph, Woodale, Unto The Death and Terra Terra Terra. We are currently writing, recording, and establishing ourselves as a band of the closest of friends, look for merch, pictures & shows in the near future.
However, we want this to be more than music, we want this to be a lifestyle, a support structure, a group of friends coming together to make a change as brother's and sister's in a world that through growing as a whole has digressed in their beliefs. It is that brother/sister mentality that has drifted so far from our society and music scene that we've forgotten what it was.
LION CHOIR IS CHANGE and we support one another in times of need, in times of joy, in times of despair, and in times of neutrality.
The light of change isn't far away it's just on the other side of the road. The music hasn't changed we've just forgotten what it sounded like.
