So... Craft is like applying a set of skills, it means for me an intelligent, considered approach to producing an end result. On stage for the performer a sequence of events 'a' through to 'z' that coincides with the intention of the work... is it the artist that fills in the gaps? Considering this then, what is the gap? - just the word reminds me of Depak Chopra's 'gap' - a field of infinite possibilities. I'm also curious about 'emotions'... as an actor, emotions would be considered part of the craft.

So then where is the shift from craft to art when it comes to emotions... -
