I made this doodle on a botched batch of Thank You cards I was making for my brother and I thought it would look good on a t-shirt...but I didn't want it to be just another cute thing on a t-shirt so I started to think of ways to make it bigger than myself.
What I came up with was that I would use these shirts to raise awareness (and funds) for a different non-profit every month, advocate musicians who make music that support the idea that love is where it's at, and provide ways to challenge others to live their lives in such a way to show love in every aspect of life...what they buy, the words they say, the thoughts they think, the looks they give, the music they listen to and even the food they eat.
I try to accomplish these goals through my website by featuring a non-profit and a musician, and discussing ways to show love or just things on my heart. I also donate $1 of every shirt I sell to the non-profit of the month to help them keep spreading love the way they do.
So that is how I am working to make this doodle something so much more. I hope you dig it.
