Their hippie chic and edgy items are perfect for spring because they aren't too overdone, and are casual without being too undone. Featured in this post are my favorite Looks For Spring in items that I consider must haves for every closet - dresses, pants, shorts, skirts, and vests.

Free People makes some of the best lightweight dresses out there. You can pair them with flip flops, boots, flats, heels... Anything. For spring, the look of pants is all about destroyed and distressed. It's very different from last years cigarette jeans (which are still in, actually) which were a lot more chic than urban. From my use, I can say that all promises hold true. I notice a huge difference in color payoff when I use this primer versus just my foundation. My shadow is a lot brighter and more vibrant. I've also noticed that it helps my eyeliner go on a lot smoother and last longer as well. Since I cannot wear liquid eyeliner at my day job, knowing that my pencil liner is going to go on well and not smudge is necessary. I've never had any issues with creasing, even when using what's at the bottom of the Eyeshadow Primer Potion tube. After using Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion I have to say that it is one of my must have products. While $17 is a bit pricey for primer, it's worth every cent.

The Dandy Warhols - "The Last of the Outlaw Truckers" : Anyone who has already added me on Blip.fm or Twitter already knows how much I love this song. I've posted about The Dandy Warhols before in a previous obsessions posts before. They are one of my favorite bands and they just impress me more and more with each album that they release. Currently, I absolutely cannot stop listening to this song. You can find the song on Blip, Playlist.com, or You Tube. Personally, I find The Dandys to be best when listened to with high quality headphones and the volume turned up to a level that probably isn't healthy. I'm also really into their cover of "Call Me", which is originally by Blondie.

Sweater Vests : Because I really need to add an obsession that's related to fashion or beauty, I decided to choose sweater vests. I've always been a sucker for the geeky look of the classic pull over version, and I'm really digging the button up style that's showing up all over this spring. One of my favorites is the Maya Sweater Vest from Abercrombie & Fitch. Other cute ones are the Iris Slvls Sweater Cardigan from Forever 21, the Striped Sleeveless Cardigan from Forever 21, and the Whispering Sands Sweater Vest from Hollister Co.
