Hello everyone!
We are traveling to two festivals this summer to raise awareness on Social Justice issues of Human Trafficking.
We have printed some chocolate awareness fliers and we are heading out on the road to Cornerstone Festival were we
have purchased a booth to talk with people about the 12,000 children who have been caught in the slave labor
of the Chocolate Industry. So we have to rent a car and travel from California to Bushnell Illinois on June 27th
which will be a three day trip! The festival starts June 30th through July 5th. Then we will be traveling back another
three days.... with the cost of gas for the time over and back, plus the two week long car rental we are in some real
need of some support from everyone who is willing and generous! Our goal is to create awareness with hope that
we can abolish the slavery of our time and change the world! It's been done before and we have hope that God uses
the little people to create change and help bring life to this world!
There will be 22,000 people at this event and it is of utter importance to raise awareness about this issue! We have a
hope that through creating awareness we can inspire people to create change in their cities as well!
We are planning a peaceful demonstration at the Cornerstone event for everyone willing to participate.... If you would
like to help and if your going to the festival already, you can come and spend time with us and we can share life together :)

We are reminded of the beautiful words of Martin Luther King Jr. when he said: "I am speaking of that force which all of the great religions have seen as the supreme unifying principle of life. Love is somehow the key that unlocks the door which leads to ultimate reality."

And the reality is that we are to Love those children who are in slaved by our close minds to not act and join together in one voice that will lead to the freedom of the oppressed! As long as the mind is enslaved, the body can never be free! Let us have the audacity to believe together that every slave can be set free!!! and that every poor person can have a warm place and shelter to lay their heads!!! This is what we hope we can accomplish with our collective of friends, like the fine people here on VIRB! Yes we have a dream and It's God's dream for a better world a dream
that Another World Is Possible!!!
Let us be reminded again! even though somewhere it may have lost it's meaning.... That Christ is Love
