What can I say.....I'm just a laid back girl who loves her music. And I truly love Chicago, it is one of the best cities, but unfortunately not for finding a job in the music business! So, I may be heading out to one of the coasts soon. I'm hoping NYC. I LOVE it, and each time I visit the less I feel like some tourist and the more I can see myself there. The appeal has definitely not worn off, but gotten stronger. In the last year Ive been lucky to have had some great opportunities in the business, met awesome people along the way, and have gone to a lot of shows with my "concert buddies" (def: those with shared music tastes, but still open you up to new music and that are ALWAYS down for a show whenever and wherever and can truly appreciate your obsession when you just MUST see a certain band no matter what!) If you don't have these you should, they are a must have! ;-) Even though its been a roller coaster of a year I wouldn't change a thing! I'm one of those people that is always up for a new adventure so I'm looking forward to what 2008 has in store for me....stay tuned.
