I'm a programmer.
I work professionally as a contract programmer and spend what little time I have to myself developing free, open source software for the web. I live in Canada.
Since I began programming about ten years ago, I have worked at Dymaxium, Microsoft, and Bank of America. Since going freelance, I have been involved in projects with Siemens, O'Reilly Publishing, and Mozilla.
I can program in just about any language, but in the recent past I've been writing code in php and asp.net (C#). I have also worked as a DBA with databases like SQL Server and MySQL.
I am also the co-owner of a women's clothing boutique called Capitol Clothing with my wife. We sell high-end designer labels that were previously unavailable in our province and, in some cases, our country.
I have a ton of amazing friends and colleagues that I've met through both my closed and open source projects. Life is beautiful.

Hello, Sir! I really like your Vanilla forum software. It's waaaaaaaayyy better than vBulletin ones. I also wanna learn how to program forum software ... If you can ... plz try to teach me .... or If u can .... plz make my own custom forum software .... I'm NOT a programmer ... I'm a simple high school kid with a lot of interest in web desiging ... i m 16 .. that's why i'm not making any $$$ .... i wanna make forum software just like VANILLA .... plz guide me through this complicated thing. thanks a lot ...
