There's a good reason why the human body likes a little sleep everyday and not the occasional massive slice of sleep.
Between new years eve and the 2nd of January I only managed to clock up 6 hours of sleep. But after banging out a good 16 hours of snore time on the 3rd I thought I'd be fine. . . No no no.
Yesterday I was down and out with a 24 hours bug. I think "Urgh" is the best way to describe how I felt. Thankfully now I feel human again... just.
