Ok here's a lil somethin... the name's Toka... I was born and raised in the most glamorous part of Ohio...Youngstown... in 1984. Been playin instruments and writin songs since the age of 12. I was always in rock bands until the point my mom and grandfather got sent to prison.
The whole period made such a huge impact on me as a person and as a songwriter. I had to grow up real quick and I really wasn't ready to but what can ya do.... Ive seen shit I didnt want to see, I heard shit I didnt want to hear, and I did a lot of things I knew I shouldnt have done... but all in all its who I am today. So in the mean time...I write my life through song...
So as for now, I am a one man show, the only one behind the wheel and gonna keep driving till I get to where I want to be. I keep an OASIS quote in my wallet that I live by..."IF YOU'RE NOT IN IT TO BE BIGGER THAN THE BEATLES, ITS JUST A HOBBY."

So on saturday I went to Scott Weiland's 40th birthday party. One of the best fuckin parties ever! It was at this old roller-skating rink in Glendale and we all had to dress up in 70's disco attire.
Everyone was drinking and skating by the end of the night …
