artist, designer, writer, teacher, co-owner of media company Mediavelocity, LLC.

I studied art and language in Europe a few years ago. I have a BFA in graphic design and a minor in French.

I love culture, atmosphere, good food, faith, family, friends, the authentic, expressive, rhythmic, true, honest, driven, detailed, magical, sensory, passionate, deep, red, black, emotion-evoking, textured, meaningful and innocent things of life...

hit like a girl

Several years ago my interest in fitness, health, and wellness lead me to become a certified fitness kickboxing instructor through NAPMA and to earn my certification in Fitness and Nutrition. I then developed a fitness kickboxing class based on Chinese kenpo techniques I had studied in the past.

To support the general wellness of my students and to provide information about the classes, I put together a website, www.hitlikeagirl.com.

Although the class has since gone on without me the website still remains.
