What Is A Melissa
I'm a 20 year old completely insane girl living in Florida awaiting her B.A.S in Veterinary Technology to move away, finally, to Fort Collins, Colorado. Where, she will attend gradute school at CSU to receive her P.V.M [which is a dual-degree of D.V.M and PhD.]. But, in the meantime, I'm going to school, working as a
graphic/web designer and photographer, and I do volunteer work at the
local animal shelter.
I'm an avid photographer and artist. I wish I had my own darkroom, and I wish polaroid wasn't discontinuing their instant film.
I have, maybe, way too many pets for one human being. I have 3 dogs, 35 fish [31 kois, 3 plecos, and 1 betta], and one very old cat. And, yet, sometimes I find myself wanting more. But then my boxer puppy pees on the floor and i realize that would be stupid!

Oh, that's pretty fantastic! I really wish I was more into the scientific aspect of all this, because then I'd go the more Bio/Environmental Science route, but I guess I enjoy the thrill of being disliked, and strive on this notion of politics, and want to bring about change. And hey, I may not make much change, but I like the entire philosophy of potentially doing that one day. And Berkeley is a really great school... insanely hard to get into, which nervouses me, but we will see. And I was reading up, and my friend who is also looking to be a vet is looking at CSU, which is a reallly good school.

I want to double major in Political Science/Environmental Studies. That's why I am checking out Berkeley, that's my number one choice. And I basically want to be Al Gore, just minus having to become a man.

ooo, sorry about your plague, I am sure that is mostly no fun! Although spending time on virb while sick is always a fun thing to do, so I guess it's a win-win, but not really. I am doing alright, stuck in a bit of a rut from the weekend, because I definitely shouldn't have done some things this weekend, and now people I care about are reallly pissed at me. Which isn't fun at all either. But school tomorrow, then heading out to San Francisco look at colleges this weekend, which should be exciting and let me get my mind off of some things.

well thats pretty cool, he came down for like spring break though down in FL, I know... because he totally didnt end up going to SXSW by me. And it may seem kind of weird that I know all these random facts, but he and I used to be pretty tight over the intrawebnetz and etc, now I guess not so much since he I guess doesnt have many problems or whatever. But anyways, aside from the whole Ralph thing, how are you doing?

lol so has photography always been a passion of urz? when I was younger I always wanted to be a vet but now I'm all about web devlopment...I am the biggest geek to live on this planet so I'm told:D
