My life...
I am a breastfeeding, cloth diapering, trying my hardest to be eco-friendly, stay at home mom to my two daughters. I'm not always crunchy though...you might call me a Soggy Granola Mom - not quite mainstream, not quite crunchy.
My daughters...
They amaze me every day. I am so happy I get to stay home with them and be actively involved in their early years.
Married life...
I met my husband at a young age. He became a good friend of my brother's soon after we moved to Minnesota. So I have known him since I was 12 years old. He was the first and only person I ever dated. We've been married for almost ten years now. And, still going strong.
The great disillusionment and what follows...
After I began to question the religion I was raised with - I started reading about Zen Buddhism. It is so interesting and so helpful.

my longest walk ever!
I went walking today with my friend, Dawn and a few other 3-dayers. We walked 14.28 miles which was the longest walk Dawn and I had ever done. (way to go us!!!)
We walked around Lake Calhoun and Harriet and then took a break for lunch. Then we did it all over …

Too bad I didn't listen. We should have rented for a few more years. We could have had our pick of houses.
It could be worse though. It's not like we need to sell or anything. Maybe it's better this way. It forces me to stay put for a while.
