Too bad I didn't listen. We should have rented for a few more years. We could have had our pick of houses.

It could be worse though. It's not like we need to sell or anything. Maybe it's better this way. It forces me to stay put for a while.

Sad though to see all the foreclosures and the many, many, houses for sale these days. Houses that just aren't selling.

The townhouse right next to ours is for sale. When I asked her how it was going after being on the market for at least a month she said that not even one person had come to look at it.

Funny how hindsight is 20/20 and how I was warned of this EXACT thing.
