I went walking today with my friend, Dawn and a few other 3-dayers. We walked 14.28 miles which was the longest walk Dawn and I had ever done. (way to go us!!!)

We walked around Lake Calhoun and Harriet and then took a break for lunch. Then we did it all over again!

There were lots of people out there today. Some where enjoying the beach and other (very fit) people were running around like maniacs! We even had the joy of seeing an old guy running without a shirt and his pants hanging partly off - YIKES!

Saw a huge turtle swimming, a gross dead fish, and lots of baby ducks. It was interesting to say the least!
