Greetings...

Hi. I'm Thomas. I'm quite into music, and I appreciate different styles and Genre's, although.. A lot of what I listen to is Metal. Yup, heavy and noisy as it is, as some might think. Melodic Death, Thrash, Groove, Speed and specific Metalcore and Hardcore. I'm also into the production and engineering side of music, doing a bit of recording and mixing myself. I hope to aquire knowledge and skills in this regard. I started a Virb profile of my own, as an artist - being one who has much to discover about making music - to be in contact with others who might be interested in the same music I am or could assist me with any musical input. At the moment I play drums, and taking lessons. As you can hear I have learnt how to play the guitar a bit, and I occasionally call up a drummer friend and ask if he'd like me to jam along with him. Drumming seems to be what I enjoy most. However, I don't have a decent setup at home for recording my drumming, so I program in drumming parts, sometimes with samples from my own Kit. I generally like playing whatever comes to mind or is looping in my head. I would like to be able to discuss musical ideas with others, and share viewpoints. I will upload a few tracks or samples of tracks (in due time) that each have a different sound to them, but sort of indicate a variety of styles I like. In some, I have not paid great attention to drumming, but they should give a basic implication of style..
