Hey man, Caught an advance preview of Transformers in the UK last weekend. Was blown away by it. There was a lot of negative comments made when it was all first announced, but as everyone should, I reserved judgement till it opened. Transformers was one of the things I remember most from my childhood. Dolph Lundgren not a great choice for He Man, but it's difficult to take a man running around in pants swinging a sword seriously anyway! However, you absolutly NAILED Transforners, we couldn't have hoped for more, looking forward to seeing it again this weekend. Congratulations man.

I must say, I am mostly a fan of your films. Armegeddon rules, The rock, the bad boys films, all really enjoyable movies to watch in the movie theater. they are always shot with precision, the sound design is always amazing. Heck man, you made me believe that OIL DRILLERS can save the world in outer space. That is a job well done. I grew up on the transformers. I grew up on star wars, and while most people ripped the new prequels off, I defend them. I loved episode 1, 2, and 3. They were every bit as star wars as the originals. I was hoping the same of transformers. Man, I really had issues with this film. Autobots hiding around a house, humans killing decepticons, and a love story. first off, humans cannot kill transformers. second off, how does a car get so big. like, huge. third off, they didnt even look like transformers. fourth off, optimus prime should NEVER have flames on his chassis. Fifth off, why the heck did bumble bee not talk, bumble bee is the HEART of the transformers. I usually like it when you fill the frame with hot chicks, but your making a nerd movie. nerds like different types of girls. we don't like T&A. Mr. Bay, I appreciate your work on this film. I too, am a filmmaker. I'm almost 27 years old, I've made a few music videos, some award winning shorts. Please, if you need to make a sequel, talk to me. I'll work for free, and we'll make the sequel amazing. I know the transformers as well as my back hand, and you need it. You took on a nerdworthy franchise, together, we can bring it home. We also need vince dicola to do the score. -Ben

Just saw Transformers, you've done us Transformer Geeks proud. It was truly amazing. ILM did a fantastic job on the Transformers themselves, and I've never laughed so much at bipedal robots in my life. Thanks

Michael, I just saw left an 8 pm showing of Transformers and I am sitting here in shock. I am completely speechless. This movie was MIND BLOWING! Thank you so much for bringing my childhood to life. I can proudly say that when you introduced the Auto Bots, I began crying. Simply brilliant on the reactions of the Auto Bots outside the house when the parents are looking outside the window. Such a genius way of making them connect with the audience! Brilliant A++++++++++++++++ Best action film I have EVER seen! Bar-none the BEST animation I have ever seen. Makes spiderman look like shit!

Just got back from the 8 o'clock showing. First online and I've already bought my ticket to go see it again tomorrow. I absolutely loved every minute of it, and please tell me you'll stick around for the sequel -- you're the only director who will do it justice...i just have no idea how you plan on topping the destruction from this one. Awesome job, screw the haters. Take care!
