About
Michiel Wijnen aka Mike_E started DJ-ing at the age of twelve. He started out playing some old school hiphop records together with his older brother, but when he started going out he discoverd the world of "dance music". In the beginning he switched to trance music, because back then it was huge in Belgian clubs, but after a while he fell in love with techno music.
In the world of techno he eventually found his way to minimal, detroit, ...
His sets always have a minimal base, but depending on the mood he will play more detroit/techno going stuff, somethimes back to some old school funky stuff, but his favorite is playing very raw and dark minimal tracks during the morning hours...
