Some people have a hard time finding support for their Apple products or are just to lazy to look. Most people tend to just ask their friend that owns a mac and other people immediately call Apple. Calling Apple will most of the time get you the fastest answer to your problems but there are quite a few support resources out there that most people just bypass.
