I'm a full-time automotive blogger, and a part-time freelance graphic designer. It used to be the other way around, but the blogging is going really well.
I am a founding partner of The Motor Report (themotorreport.com.au), which has been building in stature since its inception in early 2008. I was responsible for the design of the website, and I blog daily news along with our contributing writers.
I was Art Director for the first issue of Japanese Nostalgic Car, a high quality independent magazine based out of California, focusing on classic Japanese cars. It has a circulation of around 15,000.
Unfortunately, my growing commitment to TMR forced me to step aside after issue 1. This formed the final stage for my dream of being a full-time print designer, and the birth of my career as a blogger. I sleep well.

Haven't seen much of your illustrations/sketches before... checked a bunch of them out on that van.vox.com url and your Flickr acct. Some very cool stuff man. I like your style of drawing/illustration. Hope to see more in the future :).
