The band "Mindway" has been playing on the Czech and International music scene since 2003. From the beginning, the band insisted on a high level of songwriting and musicianship.

"Mindway" are MX*Mike (vocals/samples), Peter (guitars), Jerzy (bass) and Hache (drums).

The band's shows demonstrate a perfect combination of high energy, live instruments and samples in an original mix of music styles. Their songs consist of emo-rock, electro, alternative and pop, with alternative-metal as the foundation. Mindway's music is coming from the same mold as bands like "Faith No More", "Deftones" and "Placebo" with a super-structure of electro music inspired by bands like "Depeche Mode", "The Prodigy" and "Asian Dub Foundation". Mindway usually ends their original shows with a special live video projection.

In December 2003 Mindway recorded their first EP titled "Rulez". After six months the next EP "Back On Feet" followed. Both CDs spread Mindway's music to a further audience in the Czech Republic and abroad too. Their song, "Place 4 Truce", appeared on "One Giant Step" - a British compilation of the best new alternative bands from all over the world (Matchbox Recordings LTD., UK, 2004). Mindway's song "Back On Feet" appeared on another British compilation - "Now That's What I Call Underground Vol. 3" - in February 2006 (Nova Bomb Records/Dysfunctional). Mindway's songs have received airplay on Czech and foreign alternative/rock radio stations.

Mindway has played on club and festival stages in the Czech Republic and abroad too. They were invited to most of the biggest Czech festivals (e.g. "Noc Plna Hvezd" (Star-filled Night), "Trutnov Open Air", "Benatska Noc", "Sazavafest", "Nokia Strahov Open Air", etc.). They were also invited to one of the biggest European festivals - "Przystanek Woodstock 2004" in Poland (about 300.000 visitors), where the "Reality" video was shot. In August 2004, Mindway was chosen as the best band of "Rockpreis Festival" in Annaberg, Germany. "Dinxpop" festival (Netherlands 2005) as well as "Summer Open Air" festival (Germany 2006) asked Mindway to be one of headliners.

The year of 2006 is full of changes and steps further. Mindway changed their bassplayer and set in working on new songs and new face of the band which both overcame everything what Mindway had ever done. Great Mindway shows were upgraded with decorated stage and using also live synthesizer. In October 2006 the band recorded the most important EP in their career history - "Replay" which represents the new face of Mindway.
