About

Modulator ESP produces improvised experimental music using analogue and digital synthesis, analogue sequencers and processed sounds to create strange worlds of sound somewhere between '70s space music, prog rock and dark ambient drone.

Influences: Airsculpture, Arc, Arcane, Delia Derbyshire, Dream Theater, Hawkwind, Peter Howell, IQ, Jean Michel Jarre, Stephen Parsick, Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, Radiophonic Workshop, Radio Massacre International, ['ramp], Redshift, Steve Roach, Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream, Twelfth Night, Vangelis.

Other stuff: Visit the main Modulator ESP website for loads more info and music, and the Astrogator website for information on my side project with Steve Humphries. Music from Modulator ESP has also featured on compilations from the Ambient Collective and Neusonik. Download free Modulator ESP albums from the Internet Archive.
