Morphed Productions grew from the vision of musician and composer Ryan Olson, who first made himself known in Portland through his solo musical project Synchronicity Frequency.
Since then, he has broadened the scope of his Work here to encompass live scores for theater and dance, sound installations for the sprawling Fright Town haunted house at The Oregon Convention Center, live sound and video capture for bands and large-scale performances, a long-term engagement as the head sound tech for Someday Lounge, and countless other creative projects.
Growing into a cornerstone of the comingled music and performance scenes; Olson has assembled along the way the skills, technology, and family of collaborators which comprise Morphed Productions. The focus of Morphed Productions is to provide unique and versatile music and sound design for a wide array of media and artforms.
From nightclubs to concert halls, in the forest and in the desert, from the rooftops to the city streets; Morphed Productions has immortalized great performances with top-notch live recordings. Our versatile staff can interface with your venue's tech crew, or provide complete sound coverage in even the most exotic locales. Music, dialog, and ambient sound captured clear as crystal; then refined through post-production to fit your vision.
The Morphcast is an in-house project, produced by the Morphed Productions staff to showcase the world of artists we call family. Here you will find experimental collaborations of music, words and imagery, taking full advantage of mass fusion of creativity alive spanning the globe today. Each Morphed Podcast (Morphcast) will demonstrate our voice talents, musical edge, literary flare and desire to be creative in a sonically diverse production. Podcasts are released in MP3 or AAC audio formats. Subscribe to our FREE Morphcast :

Hey man, hope this finds you in excellent spirits! Just wanted to quickly let you know that I've got 3 new tracks along with 4 reworked ones up on the player. The EP 'Acid Singes' is ready for download. Would love to hear your thoughts. Also, if you would like to have higher bitrate mp3s of the songs, let me know and I'll be more than happy to pass them on. Keep the music coming and the spirits high! Peace!

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov)
