Hiring Promotions & Advertising Sales Position

Job Title: Advertising & Promotion Sales
Location: Nashville, TN

Summary: The primary responsibility of the Sales Consultant is to sell the products of both Motiveight and it's customers to the appropriate client base. This position will report directly to the President and be considered one of the foundational members of the Motiveight team.

Our Philosophy:
Some people use flip charts. Some people use PowerPoint. We believe that the basis of any sales transaction is relationship. The facts are necessary but the connection between the salesperson and the buyer is essential. We aren't out to simply sell a product or a service, but to partner with the client/customer and help them meet their needs.

Essential Responsibilities:
o Develops and implements a comprehensive communications plan, with specific strategies and action plans to increase the sales for Motiveight and it's clients
o Promotes the Company's products and services in local and national markets by identifying prospects and pitching our products and services to them
o Communicates with the Company's clients about the progress of sales on a regular basis.
o Assists the President in prospecting and securing new accounts

Qualifications:
o An undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or a related field
o 2-4 years of sales or related work experience (and we're not talking about retail sales)
o An understanding of basic Christian doctrine and the distinctions between various Christian denominations and movements
o A thorough awareness of current news, market trends, and popular culture
o Must be detail-oriented and possess organizational skills to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
o A warm, friendly, and positive personality--someone who is comfortable meeting new people and is able to connect easily to those from diverse backgrounds
o An understanding of basic branding concepts and principles, along with some experience in graphic design and visual communication.
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other Internet related tools.
o Preferred to have experience with CRM systems
