I am an artist/ designer/ illustrator who has recently graduated from The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art, University of Oxford. My work investigates the creative process that occurs through a method of destruction and reduction, using corrective fluid I work onto found images changing their feel and appearance by redrawing them. Corrective fluid is not a material traditionally used in art and I am interested in using a medium associated with editing and erasing for creation. More recently my work has developed into larger and more sculptural formats. My interests lie in the relationships between interior and exterior and the effects on space. Alongside this my other line of enquiry is working with collages, using wit and playful imagery. I have been developing the collages into three-dimensional space investigating the relationships that two-dimensional objects have with the space around them.
