I haven't posted on my blog in almost forever (since July 12th) and am not sure why. Maybe its because I lost interest in blogging, or maybe it was because I felt lacking. But I just didn't have the same desire to post on my blog over the past months. When so many others were creating content that was spring on the web with thousands and thousands of views and I wasn't, I kind of wondered why I was writing, here and other places. There are plenty of other places, why read here? As much as I like writing, if not that many people are reading it, it isn't as complelling to write. I used the, "come on it'll hit big on digg!" saying to myself a bunch of times, but got sick of attempting numerous times. I then watched a bunch of interviews with internet superstars and icons, and realized that their success wasn't planned and jumped out on them. After doing it for so long I figured I must've been doing something wrong.

Now, I remember the days when I was on Twitter and all the other social networks and miss it, a bit. And what makes me even more sad is that my entire internet presence has been diminished. I'd like to bring it back, have lots of friends, know about all the news, and be "Twittering"

So I think I will start this up, but I'm not looking to become popular on the internet, which would be nice, but just develop a presence and a site I can be proud of.
