This is a recording of my first improvisation with my new sampler, created in Max/MSP. This patch also uses a flocking algorithm (Boids 3D, for you MSP heads) and wavetable synthesis (this can be heard about halfway through the track).
This is a structured improvisation that I am preparing for a solo set at the University of Central Lancashire, on the 23rd of May '09. I will also be sampling to a reel-to-reel tape recorder during the set although I dd not use it on this recording. More recordings with the Reel-to-reel will follow.
