Biography
The promoter, A&R, booker and musician Norman Schweitzer listened to his inner voice when he in 2005 decided to completely devote himself to electronic music.
Norman Schweitzer aka Norman Karachi is part of the electronic music scene firstly by making music. Infected by the electronic virus at the age of 14 Norman has started djing some time later. Playing in the clubs around his hometown near Berlin made him experience house and techno in a more intensifying way.
With the growing interest in the way music works, Norman took his first steps in producing in 2005. The success of his first tracks made him fast build up his own studio. Now working with analog and digital sound machines and his beloved laptop. His first release followed in July 2007 on the digital compilation "Effusion 2", on which his lovely house tune "Tarantula" found its place. "Music is Feeling and it's made for the moment. So while listening, dancing as well as while producing you have to use the power of the moment."
Furthermore he pushes electronic music with the web magazine Housefloor and with his Promotion & Booking Agency Spacelounge. Since 2001 he has led the Housefloor Webmag to one of Germany's most visited online magazines for electronic music.
Spacelounge promotes and manages artists like Mijk van Dijk, Miles Dyson, Ralf Gum, Claus Bachor, Alex Bau, Alex Flatner, DJ Jauche or Jens Lissat as well as the dj & live act Supreme Sluts, that Norman forms with his long time mate and studio partner Enzo Matari. Their sound stands up for mindfucking electro and filter house. www.supremesluts.de
Since 2007 Norman has found a new way to express his vision of clubmusic in his work as A&R for the Cologne based Electronica Label Geyser Recordings.

Der Promoter, A&R und Musiker Norman Schweitzer hat auf seine innere Stimme gehört, als er sich im Jahre 2005 entschied, sein Leben an der elektronischen Musik und deren Kultur auszurichten.
Seit 2001 leitet Norman Schweitzer das Housefl oor Webmag, das der gelernte Journalist als maßgebenden Bestandteil und Anlaufpunkt der deutschen House- und Technoszene etablieren konnte.
In der angeschlossenen Booking Agentur Spacelounge repräsentiert er als Promoter Künstler wie Miles Dyson, Ralf GUM, Alex Flatner, Electrixx und etwa die Machomovers.
Seit 2005 produziert Norman eigene Songs. Dabei arbeitet er intuitiv und cluborientiert. Norman: ,,Musik ist Gefühl. Beim Hören und Tanzen sowie beim Designen und Arrangieren gleichermaßen, gilt es die Kraft des Moments zu nutzen."
Die erste Veröffentlichung unter seinem Alter Ego für softere Produktionen Norman Karachi folgt im April 2007 beim Kölner Geyser Recordings, wo sein track ,,Tarantula" die erste ,,Various Artists Compilation" des Netlabels schmückt.
Gemeinsam mit seinem Studiopartner Enzo Matari ruft Norman Schweitzer unter dem Alias Pepe Norman im Sommer 2007 den DJ/Live Act Supreme Sluts ins Leben.
Ihr Sound ist eine straighte Mischung aus aktuellen Electrobrettern und Evergreen House-Bomben. Ihre mit viel Liebe in frisches Design eingebauten Retro Vocals rocken jeden Club und Dancefloor.
