His name is Steve. He was born in Milan, then a bunch of crazy stuff happened. Now he lives in Portland Oregon, where he crafts his own unique blend of electronic music. www.letsgooutside.com www.myspace.com/letsgooutside www.virb.com/letsgooutside free download @ www.oneweektolive.com Soma have decided to release a free single! It will be released exclusively with One Week To Live as the UK magazine prepares to go completely digital. The decision came after Soma were tiring of seeing releases on illegal mp3 websites. It will be available athttp://www.OneWeekToLive.com Who better to try out such an experiment than the debutant Let's Go Outside. Following massive response from the likes of Josh Wink, Ivan Smagghe and Andrew Weatherall for his debut release on Soma's experimental offshoot Pnuma Records, Soma believe that it's only right for Let's Go Outside to play with the big boys on this release. Let's Go Outside hails from Portland, Oregon where he first released on small local experimental label, Buried In Time. He then moved onto Bradford-based Midnight Recordings before being picked up by Pnuma shortly after. Citing his influences as "techno, techno, techno and Tetris", LGO also takes inspiration from IDM, ambient and electro, all of which are evident in this three-tracker. Early 2008 will see the re-release of I'll Lick Your Spine by LGO (originally on Pnuma). This will feature remixes by Massi DL and label mate, Vector Lovers. Let's Go Outside's debut album, 'A Picnic With The Hunters', is due for release in January 2008.

Your music is really good! I'm one of this guys who eat experimental music each day for breakfast. If you want to play in Quebec City a day, there's a two things to do. Fisrt step, you must ship a cd at CHYZ 94.3 fm, the campus radio of Laval University. This radio is the musical reference of the city. Second step, maybe you should look for the Folk Festival. I know well the organisation team. I'm sure they will appreciate your sound. Keep on rocking! Michel

Love your stuff - a strange conflation of a hundred different influences, all of which I can find something to like about. Cheers for the req.

Love the experimental.....Pills for the Pale was especially exotic. At first I felt as if I were running a comb across my scalp a few hundred times, which is hypnotic and exciting, as I am sure you know. Then, later, I felt as if I was lapping water out of a dog's bowl, which filled me with satisfaction and a longing for a simpler life. Does anybody else feel that way? Ok, then..Whoooooooooppppppppeeeeeee!!! (I second Dave's expression of joy)
