About
The name « NUIT CLOSE » has been inspired by the work of Louis Calaferte, a deep and amazing writer. His universe is deep, thick and turned to the inside of the man as the atmosphere of a big forest could be, a dark and dwelling forest. Target of the deads, different levels of penetration, thinking bones, murder temple...
NUIT CLOSE was founded in 1996 by Le Hibou, one year after Trident joins this musical hell and much later James...the members of the group separated by 1999.
"Nevertheless five albums were conceptualized and registered without ever being published".
" La Fontaine de Sang ", the title of which is the one of a text of Baudelaire, on whom come to go to bed texts of Hölderlin, Goeth offering a ghostly universe, neo-classic and experimental musical landscapes.
"Omne Genus Demoniorum", inspired by a Latin anonymous text of the 19th century. Industrial and experimental music.
" L ' Anatomie de l' Oeil ", the title of which is the one of a text of Pierre de Marbeuf, on whom come to go to bed François Villon's texts and Le Hibou
offering medieval, neo-classic, experimental musical landscapes.
" Le Mur des Ombres ", the title of which is the one of a text of Le Hibou, Industrial and experimental music.
" L ' Enfer Musical ", is directly inspired by Jérome Bosch's univers, ghostly universe, Industrial and experimental music.
Le Hibou: acoustic / electric guitar, e-bow, bass, programation of box with rhythm, keyboard, assembly on md and M.A.O. (Fruityloop).
Trident: vocal, traverse flute, clarinet, recorder, ocarina, keybord and wind instrument midi.
James: bass and keyboard.
Since 2007 Le Hibou in redo to arise from these ashes NUIT CLOSE and continues tireless and determinedly this project. In 2008 re-appears Trident of the infernal abyss, and to them two on an air of Haendel resume the torch to finalize albums in short and continue the work of NUIT CLOSE.

- A compilation of the name of Moon Patrol was published by the label Alampo in November, 2008.
- Split of NUIT CLOSE and of Visualization was published by the label Clinical Archives in October, 2008.
- A first demo including two albums « La Fontaine de Sang » and « L' Enfer Musical », was published by the label Clinical Archives in November, 2007.
