A billboard is usually a massive, grotesque advertisement that goes up alongside of freeways and in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods. Sometimes the sounds of Octagon Island are perfectly suited for freeways and economically disadvantaged neighborhoods. We also have the potential to be massive and can, at times, be very very grotesque.
