"But God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it." - 1 Corinthians 12:25-27 In this passage, Paul is explaining to us that as believers in Jesus Christ, we are one body with many parts. We all play a part. One Body is a place to share ministries, music, books and art with the main goal and purpose of glorifying the name of Jesus Christ! So please use this as a resource for ideas on sharing Jesus through music, and culture. Also use it for questions, and ideas. The idea is to build up a community of believers who have a strong theological, biblically sound, faith who are finding ways to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to a culture who does not believe. So please join me in furthering the gospel!

Ministry Focus

AGAPE CHILDREN'S MINISTRY. Agape is a ministry in Kenya, Africa who works with street boys, many of whom are orphans. They also run a school, for former street children, in the city of Kisumu. Their goal is to get the boys of the streets, provide them with education, a place to stay, the word of God, and training to go back out into the society to make a difference. Please pray for this ministry, as there is a lot of rioting going on in Kenya due to the recent election (nearly 800 have died).
