this is a really rough concept (still working with comps) for a poster/info sheet for an aspect of an urban non-profit. They're starting a t-shirt company/mentoring program to help pull kids out of gang involvment. I'm trying to convey an "against the grain" emotion here.

This is nowhere near done yet... just trying to get some over-all feedback. Does this have potential? I'm gonna go crazy with the vector elements, especially on the left side, and start incorporating more depth into the design as well. I've got some lighting fx and some other things in my head too....
