well, the silly thing is....it's a choice. it's kind of humorous reading about the "art world" he seems to talk about, considering you make choices to join up in that atmosphere. just like anything else...music, business, etc. that "world" is to be found anywhere if you're looking for it. but it's not too hard to not be involved if you don't choose to do so. i don't know any artists who struggle with "the art world" and "loving jesus". so, apparently....i either live in some fake art world...or actually choose friends who don't give a rip about sex, drugs, or the like. so, i read the blog and was just kind of laughing to myself like, "what art world is HE talking about??" :) especially given the fact that art is already MY career, and he's in school.
