We play contaminated folk rock for the jilted families and the runaway brides, for the well-wishers and witnesses and confetti and you. We do not speak the Anglo-Manx dialect nor have we ever been to the Isle of Mann but we hope to one day do both. We respectfully suggest you do the same.

Our debut EP, Torches, is now available on audio CD. Woohoo! This six-track release comes presented in handmade cardboard packaging with a kickass cover image courtesy of Michelle Enemark. We are self-releasing it via our Starling Tunnel label, which means that, for now, you can either buy it online from www.magpiewedding.com or buy it from us at gigs. Recorded at Alpha Dept in Castel Maggiore in 2008, Torches features the playing of Eleonora (violin) and Emanuela (drums, vocals), who have since left the band.
