Hi there. My name is Dave Scott. For most of my life, I have been writing and recording music in a little studio in my basement.

After a few hours in the studio, my mind wanders and I begin to doodle, ending up with music that sounds like nothing I had planned. I mentally place the compositions into different stacks, based on type of music. This has led me to create a separate project for each distinctively different style of music.

Phalera is a vehicle for my film-like compositions. I really enjoy film soundtracks, so hopefully you can close your eyes and imagine that this music is the soundtrack to a really cool movie.
