I'm Joshua Lanphear. A freelance graphic designer who is addicted to his work, as well as video games. Fortunately, they seem to intertwine quite often. I'm 20 years old and live in Jackson, Michigan. I'm moving Los Angeles soon to attend the Art Institute there and hopefully get a really good career going since I LOVE to design and I think for someone with my experience, I'm pretty good at it. I also love Video Games with a passion as I own an Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS Lite, Sega Dreamcast, and Nintendo 64. I'm also a self confessed Apple fanboy using a 15.4" Macbook Pro running Leopard! My other addiction is comic books, and everything associated with them, especially the movies. Comic book movies are my favorite and I love watching them, as well as television shows that are in the same genre, ie. Smallville and Heroes.

Anyways, I have skills in Adobe Photoshop and I would say Adobe Illustrator as well since, while I am still learning the program, I can easily achieve a presentable design with it. I'm also an OK artist, but I'm practicing my drawing skills to really help my digital design along as the two of them working together would really help me land a great job. :D Anyways, if you wanna talk and get to know me more, you can talk to me here, or on AIM : PhearL3SSFerio. Well, this is more difficult then I'd hoped

Lets just suffice it to say, coding is not strong point. When forced to do it, I can. I can perform simple tasks using html and even know some css. Hell, I even know a little javascript and php. But I still don't like it. And it doesn't like me.

I'm pretty new to Virb. I'm a longtime MySpace-er and I've been looking for something cleaner to mess around with. Virb definitely seems to be the place. Everything here is so simple and it just flows wonderfully. I have to say I am VERY impressed with Virb so …
