ok so a few days ago I went to try and pay my phone bill online and some how my password was magically not working. so i could not log on to pay my sprint bill. and over the last few days i have tried to call customer service to get it fixed and my wait time was exceeding 20 minutes each time. so i would hang up and tell myself "maybe if i call at another time there will be a shorter wait."... yeah there never was. so yesterday when i was leaving work I decided to call. I called and I waited... five minutes passed... i waited... 10 minutes passed.... i waited... 15 minutes passed... i waited... 20 minutes passed... i waited... 25 minutes passed... i waited... 30 minutes passed... FINALLY someone answered... and to my dismay they person on the other line BARLEY spoke a word of english!!!!!!!! I mean come on! if you are going to make me wait 30 minutes to answer my call at least put me on the phone with someone that speaks the same language as me! the guy kept stuttering and couldn't think of the words he was trying to say... finally after another 15 minutes I asked him to transfer me to another rep. I explained my situation to that person... who luckily spoke the english language quite well... and she walked me through getting my password (why can't they just be like every other website and ask you a secret question or something like that to receive your password) after another 15 minutes (60 minutes total) on the phone with her my password was supposed to be sent to me in a text message... and alas... it wasn't... so now I have to go through this same thing ALL over again JUST to pay my bill! anyhoo... if you are looking for a mobile provider... RUN AWAY FROM SPRINT! worse customer service EVER!
