PUTAN CLUB /// Concert & video creation projection, music & instant-art-movie, DJ+VJing, Art + Action (France-Italy)
The PUTAN CLUB is a resistance unit, distinguished by a way of action near to the very first European partisans conspiracies during the last world-war (strength actions in diverse places) and resistants in Iraq, Afghanistan & Chechnya.
The resistance is organized with the archaic and immediate ways of our century : voices & electrical rumors, red chalk & video, pencils, action-drawing and ultra-spitted graphic, military tank & counted words, as to say from the fresco painting to the most daring conceptualism, from avant-rock to modern contemporary music to the most brutal techno/house, from the mouth kiss to the kick in the ass, and so on...
This is this synergy which give strength & power to the resistance: music + video + writing. So the places of action are plural: from the Paris art-gallery to the Bosnian squat, from the german museum to a Japanese club, from a Belgian theatre to slovenian bars.
The PUTAN CLUB is claiming a bakuninian action of agit-prop.

Paolo Bonfiglio
is living in exile in Italy, in the Langhe, birth-land of the partisan resistance described by the writer Beppe Fenoglio. He's drawing and painting since ever. He has been working as a scenery maker in many laboratories and theatres. Paolo Bonfiglio has shown his drawings and paintings all over Europe. His films have been projected all over the world. In 2005, Paolo Bonfiglio took part of the Mick Harris European Tour, for whom he achieved the art-movie "Fragments". In 2007 he carried out the animation film “MATER”, based on the music by Mick Harris. The film "MATER", shown in several festivals, won the first prize of the international contest "Arts Numériques Art & You" in Paris. Paolo Bonfiglio made live projections of the instant-art-movie “Putan CLUB" in collaboration with the musician François Cambuzat.
He has been living in Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Genoa, Barcelona, Turin.

PUTAN CLUB /// Concert et création vidéo projetée, musique et instant-art-movie, DJ+VJing, Art + Action (France-Italie)
Le PUTAN CLUB n'est pas un ciné-concert mais la réalisation d'images originales dessinées et animées sur le moment en fonction de la musique. Ce n'est pas non plus de l'improvisation mais une certaine liberté sur des structures écrites.
Le PUTAN CLUB est une cellule de résistance, caractérisée par un mode d'agir très proche des premiers complots des partisans européens durant la dernière guerre mondiale (actions de force en divers lieux) et résistants irakiens, afghans ou tchéchènes.
La résistance est organisée par les moyens archaïques et immédiats de notre siècle : sanguine ou vidéo, voix et rumeurs électriques, crayons, marqueurs, action-drawing ou graphisme ultra-craché, chars d'assaut et paroles comptées, comme dire de la peinture rupestre au conceptualisme le plus hardi, de l'avant-rock à la musique classique contemporaine à la techno/house plus brutale, du baiser sur la bouche au coup de pied au cul...
C'est cette synergie qui donne sa force à la résistance : musique + arts plastiques + textes. Aussi les lieux de l'action sont pluriels : de la galerie d'art new-yorkaise au squat bosniaque, du musée allemand au club japonais, du théâtre français au bar andalou.
Le PUTAN CLUB revendique une action debordienne/situationniste d'agit-prop.

Paolo Bonfiglio
est un artiste plasticien contemporain, qui vit et travaille en exil depuis 2001 à Monastero Bormida, Italie. Il a d'abord collaboré avec Emmanuele Luzzati pour le Théâtre de la Tosse (Gênes), puis a débuté sa carrière de réalisateur, en 2001, dans le cadre du festival "Bergolo". Il a depuis réalisé 6 films, présentés dans de nombreux festivals. Son dernier film MATER, sur une musique de Mick Harris (Napalm Death, Scorn, etc...) a été projeté dans le monde entier et a reçu de nombreuses récompenses dont le premier prix du concours des Arts Numériques Art & You 2007.
Les dessins et plus généralement les oeuvres de Paolo Bonfiglio, saturées d'angoisse, de ruines et de rebuts, de chiens crevés et d'alcooliques en désespérance, évoquent la catastrophe et les destructions non seulement d'un conflit non-cité, peut-être même encore non-avenu, mais de la vie contemporaine en générale. Convaincu de la nécessité de revisiter l'identité humaine contemporaine, il questionne sans merci ni pudeur ses philosophes, ses intellectuels, ses artistes, ses politiciens.

PUTAN CLUB /// Concerto & video proiezioni, musica & instant-art-movie, DJ+VJing, Art + Action (Francia-Italia)
Il PUTAN CLUB è stato ideato come una cellula di resistenza, caratterizzata da un modo di agire ispirato ai primi complotti di partigiani europei durante l'ultima guerra mondiale (azioni di forza in luoghi diversi e vari) e di partigiani irakeni, afgani o ceceni odierni.
La resistenza è organizzata con i mezzi più arcaici ed immediati del nostro secolo: dal pianoforte alla chitarra, dal respiro al rumore elettrico/elettronico come dal verso scritto alla parola urlata, come dire dalle pitture rupestri al concettualismo più arduo, o dall'avant-rock alla musica classica contemporanea alla techno/house più becera, dal bacio in bocca al calcio in culo, etc...
E' questa sinergia che dà forza alla resistenza: musica + testi + immagini. E così i luoghi dell'azione sono volutamente infiniti: dalla galleria d'arte newyorkese allo squat bosniaco, dal museo tedesco al club giapponese, dal teatro francese al bar andaluso.

Paolo Bonfiglio
autodidatta, si é sempre interessato e dedicato alle discipline del disegno e dell'immagine. Ha lavorato in qualità di pittore scenografo in numerosi teatri ed atelier. A partire dal 2001, si avvicina al linguaggio del video, realizzando negli anni seguenti film d'arte basati sulle musiche di Mick Harris. Nel 2007 realizza "MATER", selezionato e proiettato in numerosi festival internazionali e vincitore, a Parigi, del primo premio del pubblico in occasione del concorso "Arts Numériques Art & You". Paolo Bonfiglio realizza il cineconcerto dal vivo "Putan CLUB" con il musicista François Cambuzat. Collabora con la casa di diffusione cinematografica indipendente "malastrada.film".
Ha esposto disegni e dipinti in tutta Europa. I suoi film sono stati proiettati in tutto il mondo.
Vive e lavora in esilio volontario nelle Langhe.
