the city was so cool the way the buildings were was so different from san diego ryan was grumpy the whole time he's the drummer and he didn't seem to have enough fun but i did and i saw some really cool museums and took a boat ride of the downtown architecture which was really cool and met derek our booking secret agent and that was nice to meet him and played 2 shows one at the ribfest which was just ridiculous and one at the hideout which was super fun and jammin' small club style the food was not as good as i hoped it would be but the city was fantastic and the public transportation really kicked the asses it was fun i hope to return some day the public spaces were really well designed and i can really appreciate that about a city and i got a necktie that i think i will wear for my our wedding dear diary
