Hey everybody! Sorry for the looong delay (again). I have been extremely BUSY the last few weeks. I ministered in Oregon for the first time a couple of weeks ago at a WONDERFUL church pastored by Steve Schmelzer. He has such a heart for this generation. His children are doing an awesome job as youth pastor (Natalie) and worship leader (Jake). I ministered at their youth camp as well as their Sunday morning service and it was INCREDIBLE! That church is on FIRE! Many people will hear about their mighty ministry soon. Thank you Pastor Steve for EVERYTHING!

After Oregon I traveled to Indiana from where I just returned. WOW! This was my second time to minister at Bethel Worship Center. I have never met a church staff that works so closely as a team. From their Senior Pastor, Pastor Michael Henson, to each of their associates, Pastor Gary Dalton (Associate), Pastor Nathan Dalton (Youth Pastor), and Pastor Todd Dalton (Jr High & Children's Pastor), there is such a unity, freedom, and friendship. Sunday night completely changed my life! I also had the privilege of ministering again with a great man of God, Darrin Bagley.

While ministering in Indiana this past Sunday, one of my Assistant Pastors, Dylan Chapman, ministered at The Gathering Church. Becky couldn't wait to call to tell me how AWESOME he did! We had new visitors and have entered into great momentum. We have never been as EXCITED about what God is doing at our church as we are right now. In a couple of weeks, Dylan's wife, Valerie, will begin leading our congregation as Worship Leader! She has a beautiful voice and more importantly, an anointing and passion for worship.

Before traveling to Indiana we had a tremendous staff retreat with Pastor Bill "Doorways to Destiny". It was so powerful. Pastor Bill and I have been meeting frequently as we have been strategizing how to reach out and impact the youth of America. We are anticipating a tremendous move of God among the youth of New York City over this next school year.

I will write another blog this week (promise!) and share with you something BIG that God showed me this week concerning the youth of America. I will probably call it "IN THE VALLEY", and I am sure you will enjoy it!
