Yes I recorded that from my tv with my digital camera... and yes I spent far more time than is probably sane pulling it off and uploading it to youtube. However I spent even more time crafting this email which I sent to kctv5 promptly after watching this amazing report.

Hello,Watching your investigative report tonight on the shady towing practices downtown I was very impressed with the entering of the documents into your special computer. I myself have a large stack of documents that I would like to feed into the computer and I was wondering if I could have access to this magical machine?Also I was wondering, do you have to wear any protective gear such as gloves or a lead vest when using such a powerful invention? Is it safe to use around other electrical equipment? If you put your hand into it without documents will it digitize your hand? If so.. can your hand be retrieved? If all of this is possible... have you stuck your face in to see what the computer is like on the inside? Is that how you got the shot of the digital stream of information that immediately followed the "feeding"?

Now, I encourage you to write them a similar message. Seriously, they can't keep this marvelous technology to themselves.
