About

RCola lives in Montreal, Canada and plays a high-energy blend of jungle and dubwise
vinyls alongside his own original dubplates. After discovering jungle music on late-night
radio in 1999, RCola began producing and playing out as a DJ.

In 2002, he co-founded the infamous Chopstick Dubplate label and began to release
vinyls and tour. In 2004, he created his own labels JungleXpeditions and Royal Crown
and to date has released 23 songs on vinyl and CD and toured throughout Europe 8 times
playing over 100+ shows in 15 different countries.

RCola has toured Europe regularily over the last 5 years in support of his original productions.
France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Russia,
Belarus, Ukraine, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have all been host to
RCola's exclusive dubplate throwdowns.

As a producer, RCola has collaborated with Top Cat, Demolition Man, MC Navigator,
Barrington Levy, Johnny Osbourne, Jr. Reid, Jimmy Riley, Sister Nancy, Bass Nacho,
and Bigg Triggs, who all appear on his vinyl and exclusive dubplate productions.

currently representing over 30+ artists & record labels worldwide, serving DJ's and record
shops direct since 2003. He recently opened up a new European distribution office in Berlin,
teaming up with long-time supporter Tricky-tunes.com.

Since DJ's spinning records amounts to less than 10% of those supporting the sound,
JungleX has upped their digital game and formed alliances with the biggest dance music
online shops to better reach their massive all over the world.
