You probably know that I'm a big fan of 37Signals' business philosophy. The two founders wrote a book a couple years ago called Getting Real. The purpose of the book is to guide software developers to work smarter and create better applications. It's essentially a collection of essays, most of which rock my world.

Yesterday, the Random Reality bookmarklet took me to an essay in Getting Real called Epicenter Design. I was going to write a review of it, but just go there, read it with the eyes of a leader, and glean.
