If you walk up to someone on the street odds are they have no idea what Redstone Arsenal is…
To a small minority of the population Redstone Arsenal is known as a U.S. Army post located in Huntsville, Alabama….a center of testing, development, and doctrine for the United States Army’s missile programs.
Yet to an even smaller minority Redstone Arsenal is also known as a group of 5 musicians whom gather in a small studio every thursday night 30 miles north of San Diego. Here they test, develop, and create intricate walls of audio bliss. All audio must adhere to a secret doctrine of rock known only by a few lucky souls outside of the studio walls.
Occasionally the group ventures out into smokey dive bars or events promoting modern social causes, hoping to let others in on the secret they each experience each week. Incorporating the use of special signals and effects pedals, audio is triggered and performed in real time to the applause of musical patrons everywhere. Yet still many patrons immediately leave the general area complaining of “noise pollution”! These patrons ears are just ignorant and must be trained to appreciate the musical genius. Yet again to those who applaud and enjoy the musical offerings of Redstone Arsenal, welcome to a long fruitful experience of quality audio files and real time performances.
