If this is true, as Jesus states [also appears in Mark and Luke], what can we learn from our children? I am new to parenting*, but as I enter this journey I can't help but think of this verse. 'The Kingdom belongs to those who are like these children.'

Occasionally, when I am all alone holding my little baby girl, I find myself whispering into her little ear.
What are you going to teach me about the Kingdom today?

alt She's taught me so much already! I can't help but think we need to let our children teach us about the Kingdom and the King (Jesus). As we start Renovo, lets listen to our kids and be careful not to ruin their sense of mystery, awe and wonder. Let's learn from them and get lost in God's love.

It's why they best art is created in some of the worst circumstances - during wars, depression, famine, suffering and death. Beauty gives hope to the hopeless, strength to the weak, passion to the passionless, and purpose to those who lost it.

altAt Renovo we see beauty as a central part of our journey. We encourage all to create and share beauty. Whether that's painting or sculpting a work of art, writing a poem, a song or a book, decorating your living room or kitchen, directing or filming a video, photography and graphic design, even caring for your garden or landscape -- these all create beauty.

If we take the paradigm of Jesus Christ [a suffering Savior who conquered death on our behalf] into our hearts, there is a limitless amount of expression to the hope, glory and beauty that we could create.
