The Reykjavik to Foundation (R2) is a small European cultural organisation based in Iceland and the Netherlands. R2 promotes the most recent developments in Icelandic culture in countries outside Iceland, presenting Icelandic culture to a large new audience as well as bringing together Icelanders living abroad. R2 is the only official organisation that promotes Icelandic culture to this extent outside the country's borders.

R2 organises festivals in different cities around the world. All festivals are called 'Reykjavik to...', which makes the Reykjavik to Foundation function as a quality brand. Depending on their size, the festivals run for three to seven days. Icelandic music plays a central part in the festival program, but also fine art, film and dance are represented.
