I am an aging hipster, ex-club-cafe'owner, ex-pat Louisiana boy, wanta-be drummer with aspirations for his own comix strip a'la The Farside. I enjoy being the dad and husband. I have a degree in Geology that I never used. I like my life, wish there were more hours in the day for all the stuff I need and want to do. I am a Paramedic in a major children's hospital ER who is no hero and is happy to be in the "rear with the gear" these days...i have all my t-shirts thank you....this computer thingee is a double edge sword, it inspires you to create, but at the same time computer time is time not spent drawing or writing?....I should have been a Chef...love the Louisiana/southern cooking thang...I have 3 wiener dogs, you should too.

blues, old country and blugrass, alt country, cajun and zydeco, rockabilly and roots rock, anything with guts and emotion, which leaves out modern radio!

Thanks for the add (somewhat late with the thankyous - it's that time of year when there never seems to be enough time to do the stuff you want to do). I look forward to getting to know more about you and I'd like to think you'll eventually join in lots of my groups - which, if you've seen the profile, you'll know are rather out of hand and multiplying at will - I swear I didn't make them all...

well, I'm down to two weinner dogs now, my little black one became paralized from the waist down the other day, we tried treatments but to no availe and we had her put down. she was a very sweet dog, more of a Lab personallity that a dachs (which are very uptight and demanding some times). the kids are still upset, but such is life. i had to put up the old cartoon of me serving them, the older red dog is very upset and not reaaly wanting anything to do with the Christmas puppy our daughter got this year. time will heal....d
